Data protection

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We process your personal data in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. It is generally possible to use our website without providing personal data. If personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible.

Processors, recipients

We process your personal data with the support of processors who support us in providing the services (e.g. web host, e-mail newsletter dispatch service).

These processors are obliged to strictly protect your personal data and may not process your personal data for any purpose other than to provide our services. Your personal data will only be passed on to typical commercial service providers such as banks (in the case of transfers to you), tax consultants (if you are included in our accounting), shipping service providers (in the case of shipping to you), etc.

Contact form

Fields: First name, last name, e-mail, message

Once the contact form has been sent, the personal data you have entered will be processed by the data controller for the purpose of processing your request on the basis of your consent given by sending the form. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide personal data. The only consequence of not providing it is that you will not be able to submit your request and we will not be able to process it. You have the right to withdraw your consent in writing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Registration form

After submitting the registration form, the data listed above will be processed by the data controller for the purpose of fulfilling the contract on the basis of the contract concluded with the registration for the duration of the contract.

There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide personal data. Failure to provide this data merely means that it is not possible to register / conclude a contract / use the service.

Server log file

This website processes the following personal data in a server log file for the purpose of monitoring the technical function and increasing the operational security of the web server on the basis of the overriding legitimate interest of the controller (technical security measures): IP, directory protection user, date, time, pages accessed, logs, status code, data volume, referrer, user agent, host name accessed.

The IP addresses are anonymized. The anonymized IP addresses are deleted after 60 days. Directory protection user details are anonymized after one day.

Error logs, which record incorrect page views, are deleted after seven days. In addition to the error messages, these contain the accessing IP address and, depending on the error, the website accessed.

Local analysis software

We use local analysis software to process connection data and browser data for the purpose of analyzing the use of our website, rectifying errors and further developing content, unless you object. The legal basis for the processing is the technical necessity of processing analysis data in order to provide the service expressly requested by the users of a website in accordance with Section 96 (3) TKG.

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion and restriction of the processing of personal data.

If the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent or a contract concluded with you, you also have the right to data portability.

You have the right to withdraw any consent you may have given to the processing of your personal data. The lawfulness of the processing of personal data up to the point of withdrawal is not affected by the withdrawal.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing. In the event of an objection, your personal data will no longer be processed for the purpose of direct marketing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Austrian Data Protection Authority, Wickenburggasse 8, 1080 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at).
